The three storey sea view villa is located in Prainha on a white sand hill overlooking the ocean, the beach at only 400 metre
The hill are the hightest land in Prahina, the best sea view land you can find in Fortaleza,
Prainha isn't only a small fishermen village it is also a turistic center with same hotels
and a lot of " baraccas " with restaurants on the beach , there is a footbal field , even a discoteque !
There are some little supermarket to by food to cook .
The house is well equipped for cooking , there are two new eletrik cooking stove with oven, a large table suitable for eating together with a lot of friends, pots and pans
