CASINA ROSA is a small, delicious apartment completely restored in the historical part of Chieti, the ancient Teate, capital of the largest province of Abruzzo. Chieti is well connected via bus (2 hours and 45 minutes to Rome) and trains (railway station at Chieti Scalo).

HOME
This tiny home which takes its name from the rose façade, is thirty meters distant from "Porta Pescara" one of the gates of the medieval town and 100 metres from the city centre (plenty of restaurants, pizzerie, bar, parking areas and all kind of shops that you can find in a modern town).
Casina Rosa is a few steps from San Giustino’s Cathedral, from the XIXth century Marrucino Theatre and from the Courthouse and just five minutes’ walk from the beautiful Villa Comunale and the important National Archeological Museum where, among precious witnesses of central Italy history, you can find the well renowned "Guerriero di Capestrano".
Many buses connect Chieti - Porta Pescara with the surrounding region, with the airport and Pescara.
APARTMENT DESCRIPTION
The inner rose marble staircase, connects the basement room (which is adjacent to a small common courtyard) with the rooms at the first floor (passageway, bathroom and bedroom).
All rooms have vaulted ceilings which is of the crossed type downstairs.
Renovations were performed with the purpose of giving back to Casina Rosa its vintage yet pragmatic simplicity.
Wooden windows were restored, vintage-looking tiles decorate two walls and clean, white paints were used to enlighten interior rooms while a stone-like kitchen sink welcomes you in the basement room.
The graceful small bathroom is furnished with suspended toilet and bidet and crystal shower box while the powerful heat pump and a radiator heating system provide warmth to Casina Rosa during Italian mild winters. Casian Rosa, due to its thick walls is very fresh during the Italian hot summer.
