The Palace is a 15th-century palace steeped in the history of aristocratic Venice. A Gotico Fiorito
architectural gem, the palace bears the coat of arms of the noble family, which gave the ancient
Republic of Venice a doge. Mozart once lived within the building`s stately rooms as a guest. His
host, Count Falletti, is said to have inspired the main character in the opera Don Giovanni.
The Palace has been fully restored and refurbished to create 17 contemporary apartments for sale.
