Payment Terms
In order to confirm your reservation we require a £100 non-refundable booking deposit which will be payable within 5 days of invoice being issued. The balance is due 8 weeks before departure. For bookings made less than 8 weeks before arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Please note that the booking is not confirmed until the prepayment is received; you will then receive the booking confirmation by email.
A £100 refundable security deposit against breakages and damage will be payable on arrival. We do not make a charge for small breakages as we accept that accidents can happen. If the damages or loss caused exceeds the security deposit the guest will undertake to pay the difference.
Lost keys are charged at £30.00 as the lock will need to be changed by a locksmith.
