This second floor beach front apartment overlooks the swimming pool, and a small tidal beach. Here you can relax and absorb the beauty of the ocean and distant mountains on those hot sunny days.
From the advantage point of the apartment you can sit on the large terrace and watch the changing skyline over a turquoise blue ocean, while enjoying a Dominican coffee or one of the many freshly made and locally grown tropical fruit drinks. Or better still, relax in the hammock and listen to the sounds of the ocean and feel the heat of the Caribbean sun and the welcoming Easterly breeze.
Even when in doors you have the comfort of the light covered sofas to relax on and enjoy the beauty, of the ever changing scene outside. Then as the sun goes down and night comes bringing its carpet of stars, you can enjoy eating in or dining Al fresco! At the other end of the room is a lovely kitchen with deep mahogany cupboards that slide and glide, filled with everything you could need to entertain both family and friends, with a large wine rack for your collection.
The dining table seats six and is conveniently not far away from the kitchen. The open plan living area is spacious and elegant with soft pale lavender walls, and white flowing drapes. This could be your Caribbean dream home!
The en-suite Master bedroom is spacious with its king sized bed, and bright and airy with its spectacular ocean views. Both bedrooms have beautiful en-suite bathrooms with double basins and attractively tiled walls, each with walk in wardrobes close-by. The second bedroom has views of the garden with its tropical ferns and waving palms. Both bathrooms have deep mahogany cabinets, which contrast well with the caliché tiles.
These apartments are so popular with both regular renters and long term renters, so much so, that a moment had to be found to take these lovely pictures, which do not do justice to this exceptional location with its wild and captivating natural beauty.
Here, you are only ten minutes away from the Puerto Plata International airport and close to Sosua with its four wonderful beaches, including the famous Sosua Bay beach with its crystal clear waters, and Sosua itself with its shops, supermarkets, banks restaurants and exciting night life!
Also the world famous surfing beaches of Cabarete, and Cabarete itself now being hailed as the ‘Sports Capital of the Caribbean’ is only a short drive away. Here the famous surfing and kite surfing competitions are held which attract the world’s top surfers regularly, to our shores to compete. Ref A-4069
