Bar Patricia established since 1989, is a freehold international bar/restaurant, situated within a large residential area on Torreta III, on the outskirts of Torrevieja, close to both Alicante and Murcia airports. It is approximately 200 sqm, with a large bar area and function room, hot/cold air conditioning, separate WCs, storeroom, storage areas and a fully functional, fitted and equipped stainless steel commercial kitchen, four TVs and projector with large screen, SKY TV, PA system and Pool Table. It has an excellent all year trade attracting an extensive ex-pat communities, including English, Irish, Scandinavian, German and Spanish, plus many more nationalities and holidaymakers who return year after year.
