The estate is spread over an area of the total area of less than 5 hectares, just steep, mainly planted with citrus and with modest portions of other fruit trees.
All the land is equipped with underground automatic irrigation system, efficient and perfectly equipped with a large tank-water reservoir; the trees are all well-maintained and in full production; the internal roads and the walls of the terraces are in perfect condition.
In the highest part of the estate, in a sunny and wonderfully scenic, there are three groups of blocks.
It is part of a large building in Art Nouveau style - Moorish from the 900, used as a manor house with several outbuildings including a caretaker housing, also panoramic despite being located on the lower level. Fixtures and finishes are the framework for the entire residence, equipped with a large living room with fireplace. The plants include heating and alarm system and do not require interventions.
Very close there is a second building or outbuilding currently used as a guest house, which still has the size and outbuildings such as to be in effect a second home comfortable and panoramic. This recently renovated both internally and externally.
