The sale concerns a villa in the small italian city of Scafa (~ 4000 inhabitants). The village is located in the valley of the national park of Maiella in Abruzzo; at the beginning of the road leading to the village of San-Valentino and the touristic waters of Caramenico Terme.
At walking distance of the small train station, the villa is nestled at the end of a dead end street.
