The top floor of the house has a double brick skin for insulation and the master bedroom has a/c & heating installed. All windows and doors have fly screens fitted. Around the house is a tiled patio area leading to the gardens, car parking areas and paths to the two guest cottages, which are on opposite sides of the main house.
Genuine reason for selling is that we need to help look after ageing relatives and cannot be in two places at once.
The price includes all furnishings for the guest cottages and an up to date database of all current and past clients.

The garden comprises of approx. 2,500 metres squared of land with 2 swimming pools and separated into three private areas.
