This is a new industrial/ storage hall with nice spacious administrative facilities, with decent sized outdoor paved areas around the building for parking, storage and handling. The hall is designed for light manufacturing and warehousing.

Construction and technical description:
The warehouse has a rectangular shape, size 69m x 25m and no basement. The storage / manufacturing part of the structure follows the administrative section, which consists of two floors.
The height to the underside of the ceiling is 7.5 m in to the main hall, and its interior does not have any internal divisions (one open space) with dual vehicle access doors.
The building is founded on piles, the structure is based on a reinforced concrete framework. The ceiling in the administrative part is made off pre-stressed Spiroll panels. The roof is made of concrete rafters covered with corrugated sheet panels. The building is cladded with Kingspan insulated panels.
The interiors of the office are divided using plasterboard, dividing walls between production / storage area and the administrative part are made off Porotherm blocks. The floors in the administrative section are of concrete screed with coverings of PVC flooring and the flooring in the manufacturing/ storage is a reinforced-concrete slab with surface finished using Korodur.
