Yes, our rent is lower than comparable homes in the area. This is because we are just regular people that own and rent out this house. We live in the neighborhood, do our own repairs and care about the condition of this home and the safety and quiet atmosphere of the neighborhood. We are not a rich management company gobbling up the houses in the area and charging exorbitant rent. We expect mutual respect and for the terms of the lease to be honored.
