The brick factory is located on a 1,535 hectare site near the town of Tefe in the west of the capital Manaus. Very interesting country as there are huge amounts of clay and bauxite deposits. According to official figures, the mining area for clay and bauxite alone is worth EUR 790,000 (45,000 m2 x 6 m excavation depth x EUR 2.9/m3. Due to the high clay deposits, a brick factory was built on the property, which has the capacity to mine 400,000 bricks per month to produce.
Infrastructure of the bauxite mine: 2 wheel loaders, 1 truck, 1 2-axle truck and 1 3-axle truck for transporting the bricks into the city to the sales rooms, clay storage at the factory, brick pressing machine, diesel generator, 12 drying lines covered with foil ( before burning), 3 covered ovens, main building with office, 2 houses for employees, 1 canteen, 1 radio tower, road asphalted until just before the factory, 2 sales rooms in the city, 1 office in the city, 1 pick-up truck, 2 tricycles with loading area.
There is also an Acai and Cupuacu plantation on the mine premises.
The aim is an ROI of 25% to over 50% through expansion of the plant, new mining activities, exploration of the country for other mineral resources (oil, natural gas, gold, etc.) Ideally suited as a tax-efficient, high-yielding capital investment for mining companies, finance companies or private investors.
