Komadi is a town located 34 km from the Bors border crossing in Bihor county, Romania.
The warehouse lies on a 4900 sqm plot of land.
It consists of a ground floor and one upper floor and a textile factory currently operates within. It is built of bricks.
The ground floor area is 2452 sqm, while the upper floor area is 1245 sqm.
On the ground floor, there are two production areas, one with 920 sqm, the other with 490 sqm. Both production areas are 9 m tall.
