Project description- luxury resort and leisure
The idea behind this project starts upon a huge demand on a luxury and also very private hospitality resorts, demand that increase every year. After a short study of the existing market the decision to invest in such project was natural. The Cubic Dom hospitality project consist in 15 Vilas with 3 bedrooms, kitchen and Livingroom area and a private 2 terrace areas developed on a 2400 sqm land plot, with 188sqm per unit , all united in a private compound with common areas and a swimming pool designed to serve a high class level of clientele .
The project is already at 65% execution level and we are looking for a partner in order to finalise this jewellery .
According to booking.com average price per night in season for a lower level of quality is around 300Euro.
The project can generate around 450,000Euro/season .
