This luxury apartment is situated in a unique location in Brazil: in a modern cinematic loft building ("Porto Trapiche"), built directly on the sea - with sea access and complete nautical equipment. In the spectacular building you can find among others a fitness center, restaurants, swimming pools, sauna, community and event rooms, reception, conference room - and from all locations you can enjoy a panoramic view.
The apartment itself, located in the second floor, is a duplex apartment with a total area of 188 m². There are, inter alia 2 suites with ocean views, a large living room, a dinner room, 3 bathrooms, a designer kitchen and storage rooms in the apartment. Furthermore, the apartment includes a garage and a parking place.
After handed over the apartment was again subjected to a complete redesign by the owners and elevated to a unique level. All the furniture and appliances were imported from the United States and mostly are original designer items. You will find even original paintings of American and Brazilian artists (including Robert Stackhouse, Robert Mars and Janaina Tschape). Each room has air conditioning and automatic blinds. Furthermore, an apartment-wide home theater system has been installed.
