Located in the beautiful resort of Playa Honda, Lanzarote. Casa Kernow is a south facing villa with excellent sea views and is ideally situated, centrally to the whole island of Lanzarote, making it an ideal location - should you wish to see the wonderful sites Lanzarote has to offer.
The apartments are situated only 5 minutes from the popular town and holiday resort of Puerto del Carmen and the island's capital - Arrecife. They wonderful views of the mountains, coastline and Fuerteventura.
The property occupies a large plot with shady terraces, large heated pool, and tropical gardens. Within the gardens are papaya, mandarin, lemon, apricot, fig, banana, orange, guava, coconut and pomegranate trees, plus date palms and vines.
The grounds have ample sunbeds, chairs, tables and a barbeque area. There is a laundry room with washing machine, essential to avoid that awful holiday hand washing! There are also 2 large areas for car parking.
The pool area is enclosed by a high wall and gates, making it safe for young children, and the sunbathing area surrounding the pool is very spacious with two large umbrellas for shade.
Windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
OUTSIDE
The large heated pool is approx. 11 x 4.5 metres and gets the sun all day long. Underwater lights make evening swimming romantic and exciting. The gardens are large, well stocked, shady and have many exotic plants. There are shady terraces for those who prefer to be out of the sun and ample garden furniture, including sunbeds, tables and parasols are provided.The BBQ area is large, sunny and overlooking the exotic gardens
The owners are brilliant and on site, but not in your face, and will collect and return you to the airport , FREE. They will run guests into the town in the evenings for free if you want to dine and drink , get discounted rates for car hire and they are on hand for all sorts of emergencies, doctors, dentists etc and always point out the places to eat where you will not get ripped off etc and of course places of interest around the island.Being scuba divers they can get good rates for diving as well
