The Hotel Company is operating a River Valley Resort in the property Complex of M/s Yyyyyy* Premises Owners Co-operative Society Ltd. at Village Zzzzzzz*.
The Co-op. Society Complex consists of a total of 77 units of 2 and 3 Bed-room apartments on a land area of 5 acres – as follows :
- 45 Units of 2 Bed-room apartments on the Ground, 1st and 2nd floor,
- 30 Units of 3 Bed-room Duplex Apartments on 3rd and 5th Floors
- 2 Large Duplex Apartments on the 3rd and 5th Floors
in the main structure on the property.
The Hotel Company owns
- 26 Units of 2 Bed-room Apartments on the Ground, 1st and 2nd floor,
- 15 Units of these are furnished and are presently in use for Hotel purpose.
The Hotel Company has also constructed around 40,000 Sq. Feet of additional area on land taken on a perpetual lease from the Co-op. Society.
In addition to the above 26 Units of 2 Bed-room Apartments, another 19 Units of 2 Bed-room Apartments can be added to the Hotel Company’s ownership through purchase from the existing NRI owners, the Consent-Letters for which have been obtained – thus making it possible to increase the present capacity of 26 units of 2 Bed-room Apartments to 45 units of 2 Bed-room Apartments.
As regards the 3 Bed-room Duplex Apartments, at the present 2 Units are with the Hotel Co. and the remaining 28 Units can be taken over by the Hotel Company, if required. Consent Letters from most of the owners of the 3 Bed-room Duplexes have been obtained.
