The Maso Fradea is located in the middle of unspoilt nature and with breathtaking views of the Eastern Dolomites.
The property is set on an ancient mountain farm dating back to 1800, now completely restored and surrounded by 5,600 sqm. of land.
It is currently used as a B & B, and the spaces are structured and organized according to the characteristics of a touristic accommodation, but the attention given to design and realization allows you to evaluate the division into multiple housing units in the future.
It is built on three levels, of which one basement, has a surface of 480 sqm. for a total of 18 rooms and 9 bathrooms.
On the ground floor we find a beautiful and spacious hall with reception desk, a kitchen and a large and bright breakfast room; Behind the reception desk, in private position, a first room.
Always on the ground floor, with the possibility of an independent entrance, an apartment was built, with living area with kitchen area and two large double bedrooms both with private bath.
A wooden staircase leads us to the top floor, all with a rooftop view and where there are three beautiful bedrooms all with private bathrooms.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, furnished in a modern style that creates a pleasant contrast to the classical structure of the farm and is well fits in the attic where they stand out, the beautiful solid wood roofing beams.
The basement is divided into several areas: tavern for parties and dinners, wellness area, play area and service area.
The tavern consists of a large lounge with two huge tables and wooden benches that can accommodate up to 30 people sitting, a well-equipped traditional kitchen area and a characteristic wood-burning kitchen.
The wellness area is a large and well-groomed place where you can relax by taking the sauna or indulging in a massage in an ad hoc space with soft music and lights.
The play area is a playroom with soft carpets for children, games for the little ones and even for the big ones with table soccer and darts.
The service spaces consist of a large laundry room with more washing machines and dryers, a bathroom, a large pantry and a technical compartment.
The farm is sold including the furnishings of all three floors; custom made furnishings, well-kept, of quality and taste.
The farm is located in Fradea, in the territory of Tesino, a side valley of the Valsugana, in the province of Trento, on the Eastern Dolomites at the border with the Feltrino. We are at an altitude of 1,000 meters, both summer and winter tourist resort, five minutes from the center of Castello Tesino and a few minutes by car from the ski slopes of Brocon.
The Tesino located in the southern area of the Dolomites and close to the Valsugana is surrounded by the Lagorai chain, dominated by the Cima d'Asta, the highest in the area.
Compared to the nearby valleys, it has remained an intact and unspoiled place, where large forests and ancient pastures still lie, leaving little room for urban settlements.
