The property has an electric dock lift to ensure your boat is properly maintained in the shallows in front of the house along with deeper areas within the protected bay ideal for sailing vessel moorings. The boat dock is built for easy access to the property.
The manicured grounds produce a collection of fruits and flowering plants including Banana, Ginger, Orchids and pineapples and are home to hummingbirds, dart frogs, sloths and a wonderful array of butterflies.
This tropical home is built to exacting American standards with all materials used in its construction being brought in from the USA. To the front of this home is a large entertainment and relaxation area, fully covered to protect you from the elements. Large glass doors lead into the living room / dining and kitchen space which boasts high ceilings ensuring the house remains cool, no matter what the weather.

To the side of the kitchen is the walkin pantry, large enough for all your storage needs and to the rear of the kitchen is the utilities room which includes a chest freezer, washer, dryer and washing sink. The utility room has ample shelf space for your laundry and washing needs.
There are two guest bedrooms to the side of the house and a family bathroom with large shower. The bedrooms are always cool and have ceiling fans. The master bedroom is to the rear of the house is large and spacious with private access to the gardens. This master bedroom consists of king size bed and has a large walk in wardrobe along with additional closet space. There is an ensuite bathroom with shower.
The house is constructed over a single floor raised above the ground with ample storage below the house.
To the front, near the boat dock is the bodega (storage) and generator room. The house has extensive solar panels and generates enough power to run the range of appliances without the use of the generator, but has it available.
