This luxury house has been built under the eco / sustainable philosophy in the exclusive area of Can Girona in the beautiful Sitges. This Catalan fishing village is a world reference for its beaches, the local Carnival and the Fantastic Film Festival. Sitges gathers all the charm of Catalan culture, both artistically and gastronomically. Sitges enjoys 300 days of sunshine a year and for this reason is a tourist attraction.
This brand new three-storey house has 455 sq. m. and it is located on a large plot of 1260 sq. m. with garden and swimming pool. On the ground floor we find the social area, with an entrance hall that opens to the dining room overlooking the swimming pool through its large windows.
