The Country Villa is the heart of the estate and it is situated on a natural terrace overlooking the Maremma to the sea. The villa is on two levels totaling 700 sqm. The cellar of 1,000 square meters in addition to the operational areas for wine production, is equipped with a store, a restaurant and tasting room, a large terrace of over 600 sqm. surrounded by the vineyards and the caretakers apartment of 140 sqm. consisting of kitchen, living room and two bedrooms.
The stables can accommodate retired private horses. Each box (3,5x3,5mt) has a private paddock (3.5x5 meters). It has three paddocks in the grass, each about one hectare and an outbuilding of 150 sqm.
