Podere Fiana was tastefully restored in 2005; the farmhouse offers three separate & private living dwellings: The Main House, Il Monolocale & Il Fienile and can comfortably sleep up to 10 people. Poedere Fiana would suit and accommodate an extended family or a group of friends wishing to share the Tuscan experience in a truly unspoiled setting in the Italian countryside. Poedere Fiana was originally designed to accommodate three families who could be totally private yet together in the Main house where the main dining room and living room are located. Podere Fiana was designed using only top quality traditional Tuscan materials and features of which this region is so rich. All the carpentry and stonework was commissioned to local artisans and artists.
12 hectares of land, Extensive landscaping. The garden and house sit in a large natural amphitheatre affording extensive views to hills, woodland and mountains. Originally a working commercial vineyard the immediate area around the house using the existing terracing has been landscaped with alternating rosemary and lavender bushes on all levels of terrace. A small section of the vineyard has been retained above the house producing sufficient wine for domestic consumption, also in this area is a vegetable garden. THE SWIMMING POOL: 14x5 MT. Natural effect, water taking colour from sky, natural stone surround.
