The Villa is located in San Juanillo Beach, 5 min walking distance from the beach (outside of the concession state zone), 40 minutes from Santa Cruz town by car, only 20 minutes from Nosara Beach. There is a yoga center in Nosara Beach, and Pacha Mama center in this area. Nosara beach is perfect place for dining out, surfing.
San Juanillo Beach is calm, with white sand, perfect for swimming, ( not for surfing), yet undiscovered, non crowded, no big constructions close by, surrounded by pure nature and jungles.

The property has a swimming pool on-site. There are 2 separate buildings on this property. The hotel has all the amenities installed: power, hot /cold water in each room, broad band wifi internet , phone line, ventilators in the rooms, parking inside the property for 5 cars.
One building is a Ranch bar, excellent place for the restaurant with all the wooden furniture ( tables, chairs, etc) and a separate bathroom accessible on the side of the bar and a laundry room on the backside. There are two bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen in this building as well. High beautiful ceilings are made of wood in the Ranch bar. Under exotic palms in the Ranch Bar you can enjoy cold drinks, exotic cocktails and genuine local coffee. Beautiful tropical garden has granadilla, papaya, noni fruit, pineapple, bananas trees various exotic plants and even a grape tree.

On the 2nd floor there is an apartment offering a jungle view and a swimming pool view. The apartment offers a spacious bright living room, big bedroom, ceiling ventilator in each room, bathroom, ceramic kitchen, big open air balcony with a swimming pool view. This apartment is able to accommodate up to 6 people.
