Its first floor has a small bedroom with a bathroom, storage room, kitchen and a household -restaurant with 20 seats and a non-smoking room and a small reception with an internal staircase to access the second floor as well. On the secon floor there is a two-room apartment with a bathroom, another three bedrooms with separate bathrooms with an outlet to a second veranda. At the western part of the yard was built a large shelter with a BBQ and a stone sink. The yard is cultivated and very beautiful arranged with a interesting variety of plants-flowers, bushes and trees which makes you want to stay forever.
