This 350 m2 mansion is located on a lot of 1,200 m2 and is surrounded by a ravine, which not only provides privacy but also enhances the feeling of spaciousness.
A circular driveway leads to the main entrance of the house. There is also a two car carport which provides a secondary entrance.
A spacious great room (living and dining rooms) with cathedral ceilings and lots of ceiling fans opens onto a large the open terrace at the back. The open-concept kitchen is large with ample cabinets and counter space. It has a fridge, stove, new sink and brand new microwave. Behind the kitchen there is a small room that can be used as a pantry or storage room. There is also a family/entertainment room completed separated from the main house with a bar which overlooks a gorgeous swimming pool.
The house has seven bedrooms with six en-suite bathrooms (two bedrooms share an en-suite bathroom) plus two powder room, one close to the kitchen in the other one in the family room. Three of the bedrooms are located in the main house. The other four are located outside the main house, two of them in a small casita with its own porch, and the other two under the family/entertaining room. In addition there are two maids’ quarters with their own bathrooms.
The beach club is beautiful and has a good restaurant and a lovely infinity swimming pool. The beach has a rocky section and also a sandy beach. There is also a small river that ends at this beach.
