Residential building - city villa constructed in 1712 and the building of a former shoe factory constructed about 1872 are sold for only 500 EUR.
The buildings are partly with cellar.
In 1965 the residential building was converted into office space by the city administration and use by the surveyor's office until 1990. Since then it has not been used.
It is in need of extensive treatment and renovation. Moisture damage on the façade, partly popped off plaster and long cracks in the façade, faulty windows and doors, partly covered with moss.
The former shoe factory is in a very poor structural condition and might be attacked by the dry rot. In some parts of it the ceiling construction is broken through.
It is assumed to renovate and modernise the villa and convert it into office space and flats and to demolish the buildings of the shoe factory.
