The property has about 32 hectares of agricultural productive land and several buildings in the classic tuscan style.
The main building consists of an old renovated house with a total area of 665 m² on 2 floors;
- I the cellar of 365 m² there are 6 wine tanks, a room for the bottling and a corner for the wine-tastings;
