The terrain is located in the region of Lozenec, near Kiten, south of Burgas. It is for sale together with an available project plan for the construction of a holiday complex, including already issued building licenses. Visitors can benefit from the option for renting a boat from/to the local port of Tsarevo. A flight to the farthest destination within Europe, as well as a plane trip to Burgas or Sofia, would not take any longer than 2 - 3 hours. Near Primorsko you can find a small private airport for jet planes.
