In the Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok county a 30-year-old fish pond system consisting of 5 lake beds with water surface is available for sale. The ponds are filled with high-performance pumps (350 liters/sec. and 250 liters/sec.) The soil is silt-free with an excellent nutrient content thanks to regular stable and fertilizer intake.
Currently, one lakebed is in use, the other four will be filled in March after being rested and settled approximately HUF 15 Million worth of carp, ‘amur’ bream, perch and predator species, plus pre-raised fish.
On the shore of the lake a heated 25 m2 brick masonry house with electricity is situated in provided for the maintenance staff
The fishpond system is suitable for rearing 850-950 quintal fish per year, twenty quintal in a water area of HA. In addition to fish farming, it is also suitable for angling, as well.
110 Amperes of fixed power is available for charging and operation. It is guarded daily.
The property is subject to an area-based subsidy and it is expected that another subsidy for fish production will be available in accordance with the conditions.
