We are selling "Sumaj Kawsay" farm, which is the result of over 8 years of work of an entire community of alternative ecological farmers and builders who with love and dedication have made this amazonian soil bear it's fruits. There are 4 houses on the farm and 2 cabins; installations for raising goats, sheep, llamas and poultry, fish ponds, and we have made great efforts to collect and grow a wealth and variety of natural and organic seeds, fruit trees, foods and medicinal plants, to meet all our community's needs.
The farm is ideal for continuing on as a Self-Sustainable Community Living Project, as a vacation farm or for Ecological Tourism, due to it's magnificent view out over the vast Amazonian basin and its winding jungle paths that eventually arrive to the crystalline waters of the River Chakiska, teeming with native fish, butterflies, animals and plants.
We are willing to sell the farm intact with animals and completely furbished, with all installations and tools needed to continue its upkeep.
