Large luxury villa with swimming pool - Todi (PG)
A few km from the beautiful city of Todi, a 700sqm structure located in a splendid area and in a truly panoramic position, from which it is possible to see hills, farmhouses and sunsets.The entrance is convenient, right on the provincial road which is not very busy; however the long driveway makes it detached from noise and onlookers.The villa is very solid built in reinforced concrete perfectly placed on the ground; the silhouette is classic, elegant and slender; the large spaces and the numerous rooms with private bathrooms make it suitable for both a receptive tourist use, which is its current function of use, and that of a large luxury villa, as we wanted to represent in the title and for whose purpose it was built about 15 years ago.
The villa in brief

Detailed description
Entrance and main porch
A large gate marks the access to the Villa which, through a long avenue, leads to the main entrance of the house located under a large porch that runs around the structure.On the porch we find two large tables where you can eat, use the BBQ and enjoy the view.
Ground floor
Upon entering we find on the right two beautiful glass doors, separated in the middle by a covered and worked round column.Behind these doors there is a kitchen with a fireplace and a very large window overlooking the porch of the house.From here you can also access from the other side of the porch which, like a terrace, overlooks the exterior and lower part of the Villa.On the same floor, to the left of the entrance, we find a large living room with a reclining corner sofa and large windows that light up the room.From here you can go further on to a service bathroom, a small laundry room and the sleeping area.The latter area is characterized by a long corridor that leads to 4 rooms: two doubles and two singles, for a total of 6 beds.Each room has its own private bathroom, TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning, mosquito nets.Each bathroom has a shower, except that of the largest double bedroom (located at the end of the corridor) which has a whirlpool tub inside.In this last room there is a terrace.We find another terrace in one of the two single rooms.
Attic
The living room leads to the attic, where we find another bedroom.This is characterized by a double bed, a desk, a private bathroom with shower, a wardrobe corner and a large terrace overlooking the beautiful city of Todi.
Tavern
From the ground floor you go down to the tavern, the largest area of the house.Going down the stairs we find on the right a wooden corner bar, a bathroom with shower and sauna.
