The original core of the building is represented by an ancient 16th century tower house, enlarged over the years until reaching, at the beginning of the 20th century, the typical structure of the Tuscan farmhouse, with all the buildings arranged around the farmyard heart of the past domestic life.
The complex was then completely renovated, respecting and enhancing those elements and characteristics that make Tuscan homes unique: large fireplaces, exposed beams, handmade terracotta and pietra serena.
Buildings: The property includes the main building, a tobacconist and a barn. The main house consists of the owners' house and an apartment composed of a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom and a double bedroom; while the owners' house includes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. In the central part of the house there is a large common area with a small restaurant and an equipped kitchen.
Inside the old tobacconist there are two apartments on two levels: one consisting of a large living room with a kitchenette, a fireplace, a double bedroom and another bathroom with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living area with a fireplace. A small gym has been built in the old barn.
An appropriately renovated annex houses a Jacuzzi (4 x 1.8 m), covered in pietra serena. The water that comes directly from the source is heated and brought to the ideal temperature to enjoy moments of relaxation in the quiet and colors of the Tuscan countryside.
Land: The property has 4 hectares of land planted with orchards, pastures and woods and where there is also the beautiful swimming pool of 16 x 6 meters.
