Overlooking the sea, this imposing building dominates the sea front at Diamante. One of the oldest buildings in a beautiful seaside town, this three storey palazzo is currently under renovation. The external works will be completed in 2016. With two sides of the building already complete it’s not hard to imagine how beautiful this building will be. On the first floor we have a 1 bed apartment for sale which requires remodelling. The entire area has very little industry and the air is clean and pollution free and the people of Calabria live to a grand old age (one of the best in Europe). The other advantage of being on the west coast is the fantastic sunsets over the sea.
