The complex hotel- restaurant “Villa Eugénie” is situated in a picturesque location at the foot of the mountain, on the bank of Lake Geneva, opposite to the Swiss health resort of Montreux.
The building is in perfect condition after reparation.
A unique complex on the banks of the lake consists of 4 floors with a total area of 550 m2:
- the ground floor is technical, here is a wine vault and all the necessary equipment for the operation of facilities;
- the first floor is occupied by the restaurant (capacity 135 seats: 45 seats inside and 90 seats on the two open terraces. The kitchen of the restaurant is organised with a modern German equipment; a cash account and a multipurpose coffee device is installed on the bar system; in a hall of restaurant there is a fireplace and a piano.
