Cava d'Alga is a suburb of the monumental Baroque city of Scicli, a Sicilian marvel full of art and history, 24 kilometres from Ragusa.

The well-finished apartment thanks to the hot/cold air conditioning system can be used either in summer or in colder periods.
The accommodation opens on an entrance on which all the rooms overlook, on the right side a small area used as a laundry with washing machine and washhouse; frontally instead we enter the spacious and bright living area, fully furnished with a kitchen and table and chairs, overlooking the large terrace with the sea in the background. The terrace is sheltered by a tent that protects both the sun and the bad weather and allows you to live this space at all times.
Returning to the entrance, to the left we enter the modern bathroom with shower and window, livened up by the floors and walls in shades of green, following the double bedroom with balcony overlooking the neighbourhood. The second bedroom, also with a double bed, is located on the right side of the entrance.
An additional space at the service of the apartment is the utility room located in the stairwell next to the armoured door, convenient for storing umbrellas, mattresses and everything necessary for the beach.
