Height of the ceiling around 3,10 metre partly with beautiful round arches. A staircase of yellow sandstone that leads from the cellar to the attic. The first floor consists of 4 rooms, 1 parlour, 1 former kitchen, 1 former bathroom, 1 former toilet, large hall with round arches and entrance to a small balcony which oversees the garden. From the first floor leads the staircase to the attic. Height of the roof of approx. 5 metre in the centre, offering an area of approx. 245m², ideal for a spacious conversion and a patio. It would offer glorious views from a loggia over the river to the castle of Mělník.
Current Situation
With the exceptional centennial flood in the year 2002 the cellar and the basement were flooded. The area is considered high-water safe according to the peak of experienced flood since 200 years. The property itself is approx. 3 metre above river-level, the opposite area are plain fields.
In fact, the building suffers from water damages through vandalism and the stolen windows and needs urgent repair.
