The farm is located in the Chianti Classico hills where the most famous and ancient wine of the Chianti Classico area is produced, Gallo Nero.
The property is surrounded by 109 hectares of land, of which 58 he are cultivated with vineyards, olive groves and arable land. The farm has a central group with productive and commercial area, consisting of the cellar, offices and warehouses. The complex has also two farmhouses of 650 square meters with a large swimming pool.
Not far from the main nucleus is the splendid manor villa with splendid original architecture. The Villa is on two floors, with attic, for a total of 800 square meters surrounded by 1 ha of park adorned with old trees and hedges that make up the classic Italian gardens where there is also the lemon house.
On a hill in a panoramic position, not far from the central core, there are two farmhouses of the property, surrounded by an extensive olive grove and large areas of vineyards.
The agricultural wine part consists of almost 14 ha of land, of which 12 ha of the Chianti Classico Gallo Nero production vineyard, almost 1 ha of vineyard for the production of DOC white central Etruria hills and 0,25 ha of vines for the production of the characteristic vinsanto Chianti Classico.
The rooms used as cellars, vinsantaia (cellar for vinsanto, typical dessert wine in Tuscany), warehouses, rooms for workers and offices, with additional services, extend over an area of 1800.00 sqm.
The cellars comprise rooms equipped for the processing of wine, accompanied by a laboratory, a room equipped with machinery for bottling and storage.
The company produces quality wines. The current production is around 20,000 bottles. Maximum potentiality is estimated between 70,000 and 100,000 bottles.
The agricultural part concerning olive-growing, can count on the production of oil deriving from 1500 olive trees, scattered throughout the property. The oil is one of the most prized in the Tuscan Chianti area.
Its quiet and strategic location is close to the major art centers, 35 km from Florence and 25 km from Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra.
