On the hills of Chianti in the Sienese countryside, 15th century village with winery and agriturismo In a panoramic position easily reachable by a road in excellent condition, the complex is located not far from the center of Gaiole in Chianti that provides all the necessary services.
The property consists of a beautiful village (about 1,820 square meters) made up of various buildings used partly in the farmhouse and partly in the wine production. The main building (about 1,000 square meters) houses the real farm, with rooms and apartments. There are six apartments in total, all with independent access, while the rooms are ten.
An independent villa (about 200 square meters) is organized on three floors.
The restaurant (200 sqm) is equipped with a modern kitchen and can accommodate up to 48 people inside and a maximum of 120 people outside.
The wellness center (50 sqm) offers wine therapy, aromatherapy, massage and steam bath.
The property's cellar (370 sqm) is equipped with modern machinery and temperature control and houses machinery for bottling and labeling wines.
The village has been completely renovated with taste, trying to preserve intact all the typical characteristics of the buildings of the Sienese and Tuscan countryside in general.
The buildings are in exposed stone on the outside, often surrounded by paving also in stone. Inside we find quality terracotta floors, dark wood beams and brick arches.
The buildings are all surrounded by well-kept gardens (for a total of 2.5 ha). The remaining 12.5 hectares that make up the estate are divided between vineyards (6.3 ha), olive grove (2.1 ha with 1,200 trees ) and mixed bush (4.1 ha). The vineyard in particular is part of the register of Chianti Classico DOCG (about 4 ha) and allows an annual production of around 30,000 bottles.
