General Description
The Pousada is situated in a privileged location on the beach of Palmas, between Abraão and the famous beach of Lopes Mendes. The resort was recently completely renovated. It currently has 8 suites (5 double suites and 3 suites for several people), all with private bathroom, sea view and veranda with hammock. In another building there are another 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, tool room, machine room with generator, solar power installation (new), two bedrooms for employees, 2 bathrooms for the employees, kitchen, barbecue area, dining room overlooking the sea, Fruit trees, own spring water and a recently built private dock.
The entire documentation (escritura, RGI) is up-to-date and complete.
The Pousada is operating well, has good profitability, has regular international guests and there is the possibility of expansion. Boat trips can continue to be added to the tourism portfolio. On the entire beach there are only two other pousadas and each construction is very limited because it is a state park.
The island is in the process of privatization (PPP) - which allows controlled tourism (imitating the model of Fernando de Noronha) with the introduction of entry fees, etc. - which considerably increases the value of the investment.
The size of the plot is 510 square meters - but the entire surrounding area is under nature protection and must not be built.
The Pousada is sold for family reasons.
