This large village house has been well cared for by the current owners and offers 3 to 4 bedrooms and ample living space, the current owners have lived there for 9 years, they now wish to have a change in life and spend more time in India a county they have come to love.
Set in a small village just outside Algaiedas overlooking open country with views across the valley, the house is set over two floors with two roof terraces and a small communal garden.
Algaiedas is a medium sized town with many facilities including community sports grounds and swimming pool, shops, bars and restaurants, also within the town are medical facilities and bus services connecting to Antequera.
The A92 and A45 motorways link the area to Granada, Seville, Malaga and Cordoba and in Antequera you also have access to the railway network and the high speed trains to Malaga and Madrid. A new high speed line is being constructed to link into Granada and beyond to Barcelona and France.
The house is entered via a covered porch from the road and via a heavy wooden door, into an entrance hall with door to living room, which has a wood burning stove and hot and cold air conditioning. From the hall you enter the dining room, with stairs to the first floor and door to the first of the bedrooms, which overlooks the internal patio.
